Nathan earned his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in exercise physiology and biomechanics. He is also certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, allowing him to provide evidence-based training programs tailored to the specific needs of each athlete.
In addition to his academic and professional qualifications, Nathan's genuine enthusiasm for agility training is evident in his coaching style. He believes in creating dynamic and engaging workouts that challenge athletes to push their boundaries and unlock their full potential. When he's not coaching, Nathan enjoys playing soccer, exploring nature trails, and diving into a good book.
