Megan Harper is a versatile Agility Trainer with a passion for helping athletes reach peak performance. With five years of experience in sports performance and functional training, Megan has honed her skills in developing speed, agility, and coordination in athletes of all ages and abilities.

Megan earned her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she developed a deep understanding of human movement and exercise science. She is also certified as a Personal Trainer and in Functional Movement Screening, allowing her to assess movement patterns and design customized training programs to address individual needs.

In her coaching approach, Megan emphasizes the importance of proper technique, injury prevention, and functional movement patterns. She believes in creating dynamic and engaging workouts that challenge athletes both physically and mentally, fostering a supportive and motivating environment for growth and improvement.

Outside of coaching, Megan enjoys participating in CrossFit competitions, rock climbing, and traveling to new destinations.
